A 50% deposit of the total rental fee is required to confirm reservations. The balance due is required 21 days prior to arrival. All payments must be in the form of PayPal (credit card), personal check, cashier's check or money order. Check-in time is 3 PM and check-out is 10 AM. | Cancellation Policy: Summer and Fall require 15 day notice prior to occupancy, Jan 6-Feb 28 require 30 day notice, and Dec 15-Jan 5 and March require 45 day notice. Failure to cancel within these guidelines will result in forfeit of your 50% deposit. There will be a $25 processing fee on all cancellations. | |||
