Rates

The rates and requirements are the same for both condos.

Nightly Rates

Jan 4 – March 09, March 21-31                             $150

March 10-20  Spring Break – no discount               $200

April 1 – Dec 14                                                   $ 80

Dec 15 – Jan 3 – no discount                                   $200

Rentals longer than 5 nights receive a 15% discount, except during Christmas holiday and Spring Break. Contact us for monthly rates.

NO SMOKING, NO CANDLES AND NO PETS.

Additional Information

A 50% deposit of the total rental fee is required to confirm reservations. The balance due is required 21 days prior to arrival.

All payments must be in the form of PayPal (credit card), personal check, cashier's check or money order.

Check-in time is 3 PM and check-out is 10 AM. An early check-in or late check-out would be subject to approval.   

All rentals are subject to a one time cleaning fee of $35.

Cancellation Policy:  A 21 day notice before your occupancy is required, except March 10-20 and Dec 15-Jan 5, a 30 day notice is required.  Failure to cancel within these guidelines can result in forfeit of your 50% deposit. There will be a $25 processing fee on all cancellations.
